Curry leaves

Asfoedita

Procedure:
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds,jeera,curryleaves.
- Now add onoins and green chillies.
- Add tomaotes and fry till raw smell goes off completely.
- Add ginger-garlic paste,corinader powder,asfoedita.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt and let it boil for 15mins on high flame.
- Finally add chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice.
