Procedure:
- Heat oil in a kadai and add cut garlic and green chillies.
- Now add carrot pieces and fry for a minute.
- Add capsicum and shredded cabbage and fry for 5 mins.
- Now add egg and scramble it.
- Add soy sauce and veniger.
- Add rice and stir for 2 mins.
- Now pour water and let the rice cook completely.
- Finally garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
