Procedure:
- First cut the vegetable into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai,add mustard seeds,Chanadal and green chillies.
- Now add tomatoes and vegetable pieces and fry them till guvar cooks completely.
- Finally add Crushed jeera and coriander leaves and serve it with rice.
