Diced Tomatoes(canned Italian style)
Onions
Green chillies
coriander leaves
salt
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds,jeera,chanadal,greenchillies.
- Add onoins and fry till goldenbrown.
- Now add diced tomatoes and fry for 5mins with lid on.
- Now addsalt and water for gravy and mix it well.
- Add tofu just 10mins before as it is very soft.
- Finally add coriander leaves and serve with roti's.
