Tofu Tomato curry

Ingredients:
Tofu(Extra firm)
Diced Tomatoes(canned Italian style)
Onions
Green chillies
coriander leaves
salt

Procedure:
  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds,jeera,chanadal,greenchillies.
  2. Add onoins and fry till goldenbrown.
  3. Now add diced tomatoes and fry for 5mins with lid on.
  4. Now addsalt and water for gravy and mix it well.
  5. Add tofu just 10mins before as it is very soft.
  6. Finally add coriander leaves and serve with roti's.
